Live Overseas operates an international Escrow account, arranged through our First Title Group UK bank, based in London. This can securely hold deposits, sale proceeds and/or purchase funds.
Live Overseas can act as:
- Custodian of funds
- Disbursement agent
- Neutral third party guaranteeing funds availability
Financial security
As an independent Escrow agent, Live Overseas will disburse these funds pursuant to written instructions, as per its specified Escrow Agreement. Held in trust, the funds will be used as directed to pay deposits, real estate commissions, taxes due at closings, closing fees, notary fees, and/or the purchase price.
