Typical process flow
You instruct us who your legal representatives are, or we can nominate an international lawyer for you through our lawyer panel if you prefer.

A full plot list and relevant allocation to the sales companies are loaded onto the Vendor Services database.

We appoint an independent panelled law firm to act for all purchasers.

Live Overseas ensure that any reservation agreements and purchase contracts are pre-agreed with your legal representatives prior to project launch.

Our lawyers receive all instructions electronically and progress cases accordingly, updating each individual case to ensure live data.

With all purchases on the development logged and visible on our Vendor Services system, both you and the Sales Agents can effectively track the progress of the respective case-loads.
